Trinidad Moruga Scorpion

The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is the second hottest chilli in the world, with a SHU of 2009231. The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion comes from the Capiscum chinense plant and is native to Moruga, Trinidad and Tobago. 

7-Pot Douglah

The 7-Pot Douglah is the third hottest chilli in the world, with a SHU of 1853936. This chilli comes from Trinidad and strains of it were developed by Steve Bender. 

7 Pot Primo

7 Pot Brain Strain

7 Pot Brain Strain is the eighth hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1400000. This chilli was developed by chilli grower David Capiello in North Carolina.

7 Pot Barrackpore

The 7 Pot Barrackpore is the ninth hottest chilli in the world, with a SHU of 1300000. This chilli was first found in the region of Barrackpore in Trinidad and it gets the name 7 Pot because it is spicy enough to flavour 7 pots of stew.

Trinidad 7 Pot Jonah

The Trinidad 7 Pot Jonah is the tenth hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1200000. This chilli originates from Trinidad and it is so powerful that it is used as an ingredient in military grade tear gas.

New Mexico Scorpion

The New Mexico Scorpion is the eleventh hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1191595. This chilli was developed in New Mexico by chilli farmer Jim Duffy, and chemical engineer Marlin Bensinger.

Infinity Chilli

The Infinity Chilli is the twelfth hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1176182. This chilli was developed by Nick Woods in Lincolnshire, England. 

Naga Jolokia

The Naga Jolokia is the thirteenth hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1100000. This chilli originates from the north-eastern states of India, such as Assam and parts of Bangladesh. 

Spanish Naga Chilli Pepper

The Spanish Naga Chilli Pepper is the fourteenth hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1086844. This chilli is grown in Spain, but it was developed in the UK from Indian chilli peppers.

7 Pot Madballz

The 7 Pot Madballz is the fifteenth hottest chilli in the world with a SHU of 1066882. This chilli was created by a chilli grower known as Madhatter. It is a cross between a Trinidad Yellow 7 Pot and a Chocolate Bhut Jolokia.

Bhut Jolokia Pepper (Ghost Pepper)
